 Hyderabad, November 27, 2010: Global Art India, a unit of SIP Academy India Pvt Ltd., is organizing ‘Kolor Champ International Competition - 2010’, the first International Art Competition in India on Saturday, November 27, 2010. The theme for the competition is ‘1 WORLD’. The theme may be interpreted as unity among people/ nations wherein all work together towards peace and harmony. This would be a thought provoking theme for all our young participants who are the future citizens of this planet.
 This is the 7th edition of the international Global Art competition, the earlier ones having being held in Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Guangzhou & Singapore. Children from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, US, Vietnam will be participating in the event. Also, children from Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Karnataka, Maharashtra & Tamil Nadu will be representing India.
 The contest is aimed at testing the creative skills of more than 750 children across 8 countries between the age group of 5 to 15 years. The competition will be conducted in 2 sessions – one for Global Art students and the other for Non-Global Art children. Around 600 Global Art students are expected to participate in the contest and about 150 Non-Global Art children from across various prestigious schools in Hyderabad and Secunderabad would compete with each other for the final trophies in their respective categories.

Global Art is an accredited international creative art programme which develops creative thinking while developing drawing & colouring skills in children. This programme is run in more than 20 countries and more than 1,50,000 kids worldwide have benefitted from it.The programme also helps children develop higher levels of creativity, observation, concentration, self expression and confidence along with their creative and artistic skills.Â

SIP PRODIGY 2008
SIP Academy had conducted “SIP Prodigy 2008â€, which was the 5th National Abacus, and Brain Gym competition held on 15th November 2008, Chennai. About 4000 children participated in the event, which was held in Chennai Trade Centre. The event is mainly to bring out the mathematical skills in children between 5 and 12 years of age. The six winners of the national-level Abacus Mental and Arithmetic competition include Pranav Bang, Nidamanuru, G. Pratyusha, Guntupalli and G. Yashwanth.
